Children’s Activity Area Guidelines
Phoenix Pagan Pride Day is a family-oriented event. We
welcome your children here. We want them to be safe at all times, and we want
them to have a good time. We hope that this event will be something they
remember fondly and look forward to attending each year. With that in mind, we
have certain standards in place to make this a fun event for all. - We
require that a parent or guardian accompany children under the age of
three at all times.
- We are
NOT a babysitting service. You must volunteer some time from your day in
the children’s activity area. (Time to be determined by the Children’s
Activity Area Coordinator and disclosed prior to leaving your children).
There will be a sign up sheet. Please do not forget the time you have
signed up for.
- We do
NOT change diapers; all children must be either potty trained or a parent
must be present to attend to the child.
- The
Children’s Activities Coordinator is a member of our Volunteer Committee.
Please instruct your child to be polite and cooperative.
- All activities end at 3:00 pm, please collect your child at this time.
- Explain to your child they MUST remain in the Children’s Activity Area until you come for them.
- All children under the age of 11 must be in the care of or in the company of a parent or guardian. Any children found wandering will be collected and raffled off.
- Children over the age of 11 may attend classes with a parent. Or they may attend the tween or teen classes. They are expected to behave as adults.
- Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in your child not being allowed to participate in children’s activities.
Thank you for your cooperation with our Staff and
Volunteers. Have a great event! |
